Bridges International at Stanford and SJSU is a caring community of Christ-followers committed to serve, promote social connections and engage in spiritual conversations with international students so that students become leaders internationally. Tasha meets with students throughout the week and hosts weekly dinner gatherings for students to provide an opportunity for connection between students and Bridges staff and volunteers from the community. Social outings, trips, Thanksgiving dinners in host homes, and compassion service projects are just some of the ways Bridges makes social connections that lead to spiritual conversations.
Tasha started worshiping at PBC in 2021 and began serving at Stanford and SJSU in 2022. Volunteers to either bring dinners and/or facilitate small group dinner discussions with international students on Wednesdays nights during the school year are needed as well as people to open up their homes at Thanksgiving to international students.
