Rolana has had the privilege of serving at PBC since 2007. She and her wonderful husband, Jeff, live in East Palo Alto and enjoy time with their two daughters. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she attended UC Santa Cruz and Western Seminary, studying Psychology, Therapy, and Biblical Studies. She deeply experienced the brokenness of this world through circumstances, personal choices, and walking closely with friends in crisis. She became a believer at 17 when her world around her was crumbling. God proved Himself to be the only constant, and filled her with joy and gratitude she never had before. Those hard years drove her to always be involved with helping people. As God continues to enter her life with such unbelievable love, she, too, hopes that others experience a love that will not fail them.
