Sandra leads an evangelistic life coaching group program for women called Soaring. Each group consists of 5 women, mostly non-Christians, who go through 7 sessions together to find their life story, values, and personal mission. The testimony of the Christian leader of the group and the gospel are integrated into each session. Almost 500 women have completed the course, and Sandra has led training for over 100 women to become leaders in 8 cities in Croatia and Bosnia. Sandra also leads Bible studies and book, and film discussions with women who are interested to continue to grow spiritually.
Nolan oversees LeaderImpact, Cru’s marketplace ministry, in Croatia. He coordinates evangelistic business seminars, Bible study groups for business leaders, and oversees the Croatian sites of the Global Leadership Summit, which attracts over 400 people each year in the fall. His research on honor/shame cultures gave him the chance to help in Cru’s development of its first two completely new, culturally oriented gospel presentations. He also serves as an elder at their local church
