Michael grew up in central New Jersey and moved to California for school, where he met his wife, Michele. In Los Angeles County, he worked with fifth-grade students, where he significantly improved literacy and classroom participation among those with neurodivergence and behavioral challenges. It was during this season that he discovered his passion for serving students. Following the Lord’s call from education into ministry, he now serves in Middle School Ministry at Peninsula Bible Church. Michael enjoys taking road trips with Michele, listening to music in español, brewing pour-over coffees, weightlifting, and exploring the Bay Area—especially San Francisco. At PBC, he’s excited to serve in a diverse, intellectual community and to help students discover the joy of learning while growing in Christlike excellence—both in mind and in heart.
