CloseIn the second chapter of Lamentations, we continue to read of the total devastation brought upon God's people in the 6th century. These passages can help us to identify with our collective pain. We're also called to recognize the unique trauma of vulnerable people. And we're encouraged to pour out our hearts to God as we express the grief of suffering. When we lament, we learn to see our pain, the pain of others, and we ask God to see it too.
