CloseAs Paul speaks to a crowd in Athens, he follows a surprising strategy. Instead of criticizing their idolatry outright, he affirms the good parts of their religion and then seeks to show how the gospel of Jesus Christ provides a fuller picture. By understanding how he applies this strategy in Athens, we can use the same strategy in our culture.
