Vision

PBC Small Groups exist to help people form deep relationships with others that foster an intimate relationship with Jesus and a growing love for our neighbors.

Core Values

Our Small Groups are guided by five core values:

  • Belonging: In a culture of isolation, we live as a spiritual family.
  • Commitment: In a culture of individualism, we commit to growing in community.
  • Empathy: In a culture of self-absorption, we practice empathy by listening well to one another.
  • Vulnerability: In a culture of image management, we embrace vulnerability in an environment of trust.
  • Hospitality: In a culture of disunity, we adopt a posture of welcome, invitation, and hospitality, especially to outsiders.

Managing Small Groups Online

Planning Center is the tool we use behind the scenes to manage small groups at PBC.

Church Center is the public platform where people can browse, learn about, and request to join a group.
