Join us at Mission Springs for our annual Fall Retreat! Mission Springs is a camp and conference center nestled in the spectacular Santa Cruz Mountains. Surrounded by towering coastal redwoods and shady oaks, it has been the beloved location for our Fall Retreats since they first began.

Retreat Theme: Sabbath: An Invitation to Rest

In a culture marked by hurry, productivity, and the constant pull of our devices, Sabbath offers a different way of living—one rooted in God’s design for rest, worship, and delight. This retreat is an invitation to slow down and rediscover the gift of Sabbath through teaching, reflection, and unhurried time with God.

Together, we’ll explore the biblical story of Sabbath from creation to new creation: from God’s rest in creation, to His invitation for His people to stop and trust Him, to the rest and freedom Jesus offers us today, and the hope of eternal rest still to come. Whether Sabbath is a familiar practice or a new idea, this retreat offers space to encounter God’s presence, receive His rest, and learn how Sabbath can shape a life of deeper trust, delight, and joy.

Speaker: Ali Tsang

Ali Tsang is part of Living Hope Community Church in Silicon Valley, California, and serves as a coach to pastors and leaders with Practicing the Way. She is passionate about seeing people follow Jesus and experience transformation in community.

Ali and her husband, Ryan, have spent more than 20 years serving in youth ministry and are raising two delightful and creative teenage daughters. She is also the founder of Love Through Letterpress, a venture born from her love of design and she owns an antique letterpress. When she’s not coaching, creating, or serving, Ali enjoys weekends at the farmers market, trying new recipes, playing board games with her family, sharing good meals with friends, and a strong cortado.
