CloseIn the fifth of Jesus' seven statements about himself, he addresses one of our most primal concerns: the fear of death. Jesus claims to be "the resurrection and the life" during a series of events which prove the truth of that claim. One of his closest friends has died, but Jesus goes to a funeral and performs his most spectacular miracle: Lazarus is brought back to life. As we follow this story and hear the words of Jesus, we will consider our own attitude toward life and faith in Jesus.
